- Matches, likes and conversation history
- Device identifiers and session records
- Compatibility signals and recommendation history
Retained for legal reasons
- Transaction records — Kept up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Safety reports — Reports made about you by other members are retained to protect the community.
- Fraud prevention hashes — A one-way hash may be kept to stop banned accounts returning.

Your profile is hidden and matches are removed.
Within 72 hours
Live databases are purged of personal records.
Within 30 days
Encrypted backups roll over and the erasure is complete.
